The 'Thriller' star passed away following cardiac arrest on June 25, just weeks before he was scheduled to bring his comeback tour to London's O2 arena for a mammoth 50-date stint.
Speaking to The Mirror, AEG Live boss Randy Phillips insisted that Prince Michael, 12, Paris Katherine, 11, and 7-year-old Blanket would receive the "lion's share" of the royalties.
It was recently announced that High School Musical director Kenny Ortega is planning to helm a movie about the popstar based on around 80 hours of rehearsal footage taken during preparation for the tour.
Royalties could also emerge from a potential tie-in soundtrack, a behind-the-scenes documentary special and TV rights to a rumoured tribute concert scheduled for London next month.
It is also believed that previously unheard material recorded by Jackson before his death could eventually be released to the public.
