According to The Sun, the DJ is awaiting trial for GBH with intent and dangerous driving. He denies the charges.
"Tulisa isn't speaking to him. She's trying to concentrate on work so she doesn't want any contact with him until she's made her mind up about everything," a source said.
N-Dubz are currently recording the follow-up to debut album Uncle B, expected for release later this year.
