The 'Valerie' star had been accused of punching Sherene Flash at the event last September, after the burlesque dancer asked if she could take a photograph of her.
Prosecutors had alleged that Winehouse used "deliberate and unjustifiable violence" in the incident, although the singer later claimed that she had pushed the victim after feeling intimidated.
Speaking at the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court this morning, the judge said: "The two accounts are irreconcilable and I have therefore had to examine carefully the evidence of other witnesses."
He added that the medical evidence presented in court did not show "the sort of injury that often occurs when there is a forceful punch to the eye" and that he could not determine that the blow had been deliberate.
Winehouse, 25, told reporters outside the court that she was "relieved" to have been cleared, while her spokesperson said: "She has always maintained her innocence and is very happy to move on with her life and put the episode behind her."
She had been at the charity gala in Berkley Square to support her goddaughter who was performing at the event.
