LeAnn Rimes speaks out about break-up

LeAnn Rimes has spoken out about the break-up of her seven-year marriage to Dean Sheremet.

The singer referred to her romantic status during a gig at the Deer Valley Music Festival in Utah at the weekend. The 26-year-old did not wear her wedding ring for the performance.

"It is inevitable that sometimes in a relationship, you will have your heart broken," she told the crowd.

"Sometimes you don't do anything, but sometimes you want revenge. Sometimes you don't, and that's when you just leave it in God's hands and know that he will take care of it."

Afterwards, she played her song 'God Takes Care Of Your Kind'.

Rimes has repeatedly denied reports that she cheated on Sheremet with actor Eddie Cibrian. The pair were rumoured to have started romancing on the set of TV movie Northern Lights. Cibrian, who is married to model Brandi Glanville, has also denied the allegations.
