The X Factor winner wants to improve her confidence on stage and is apparently having therapy sessions with McKenna to deal with her fears.
"She already has bags more poise and confidence than she used to but she's a natural born worrier," a source told The Sun.
"Bosses at SyCo want to make sure her performance is as perfect and polished as an artist who has been around for years."
McKenna's former clients are rumoured to include George Michael, Guy Ritchie, the Duchess of York, Ronnie Wood and Stephen Fry.
Lewis will reportedly embark on a 14-month Garden of Eden-themed world tour next summer.
