Spelling's mum brands her 'middle-aged'

Tori Spelling's mother has launched another verbal attack on her estranged daughter through gossip website TMZ.

Candy, who has previously used the website to beg for a reconciliation with Tori, branded her as middle-aged and accused her of having warped memories of her upbringing.

She wrote in an email entitled 'Middle aged reality show stars (like my daughter)': "I know many middle-aged people have issues about their parents and their upbringing. I did. My memories didn't match all those of my mother and, funny thing, it's the same way with my daughter. Life has consequences."

Candy also ranted about Tori only inviting her to meet her granddaughter Stella for the first time for the benefit of her reality TV show.

The wife of late TV mogul Aaron Spelling recently implied that Tori was partly to blame for her father's death.
