Kardashian 'splits from sports star lover'

Socialite Kim Kardashian is believed to be single again after breaking up with boyfriend of two years Reggie Bush.

Kardashian and the New Orleans Saints footballer, who were recently rumoured to be getting engaged, have apparently parted ways amicably.

A friend of the pair told Us magazine: "This is just a case of conflicting schedules and their lives going in different directions. It was a totally mutual decision."

Kardashian claimed in May that she saw herself and Bush heading towards marriage, saying: "I think that [marriage is] in our future. We've been together two years but we are taking our time and I think hopefully this one will last because of that. We're just totally dating and normal and happy and there's no rush."

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star, 28, was previously married to music producer Damon Thomas for four years.
