Love, The Veronicas 'in image battle'

Courtney Love and The Veronicas have launched a battle over their similar clothing styles and taste in men.

The sisters fired back at Love yesterday after she accused them of wearing her clothes and copying her look.

The Hole singer wrote on Twitter: "Why is the blonde one from the verons or whatever they are clled wearing my actual clothes? I will do my job you kids runalong and find your own little jobs whne you can even think that you can play a rock show for 3.5 hours call me (sic)."

She later added: "The verons girls arent actually playing rock music anyone takes seriousl. Its rappy pop."

Jess Origliasso fought back by telling The Daily Telegraph: "I guess she just wanted my attention by writing s**t. She is madly in love with Azaria [Byrne] and she's very jealous I'm dating him."

The Aussie singer added: "All I really wanted to say to her was, 'Come on Courtney, cut all the bulls**t and release another record already. I loved your music and I know you've got it in you'."

Love later deleted her post from the social networking site.
