Prejean to sue Miss California group?

Carrie Prejean has reportedly drafted a lawsuit against the Miss California body K2 Productions and organisers Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler.

Documents obtained by celebrity blogger Perez Hilton reveal that the model is planning to sue for slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Hilton said: "This whole lawsuit smells like a bulls**t attempt to drum up anticipation and sales for her memoir, which is to be released in November.

"The suit further goes on to claim that as a result of Moakler and Lewis's actions, Prejean has suffered anxiety, depression, loss of sleep and stress. That's life, bitch. Deal with it!"

He added: "In the suit, Prejean falsely claims that Moakler and Lewis conspired with Perez to attack her because of her religious beliefs.

"Ughhh, how many times do we have to say this???? We attacked her because she's a dumb bitch, NOT because she loves Jesus. We love Jesus too! And Jesus would not be happy with this bulls**t lawsuit!"

Prejean was stripped of the Miss California crown last month for failing to meet her contractually obligated appearances.

She was initially allowed to keep the title despite the publication of topless photos and controversy over her stance on same-sex marriage when quizzed by Hilton during the Miss USA pageant.
