The Australian ex-model and her multi-millionaire husband James Packer, who already have 1-year-old daughter Indigo, are rumoured to be announcing their second pregnancy soon.
According to New Idea, many 'baby bump' comments were made by onlookers at the Heart to Heart ball at the weekend, where Packer wore a loose-fitting Marchesy dress.
The magazine is also believed to have snapped the couple visiting Mater Hospital last week.
The pair's representative issued a "no comment" response to the rumours yesterday.
