Rogen: 'Megan Fox rejected me on TV'

Knocked Up star Seth Rogen has joked that he is still hurting after being rejected by Megan Fox on live television.

Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the actor explained that he met Fox backstage at the ABC chatshow two years ago when she was promoting the first Transformers movie.

"She literally came into my dressing room in sweatpants and a T-shirt, and everyone in the room stopped talking and stared. Everyone thought I had won a prize or something," he said.

Rogen went on to say that Fox had been nervous and had asked him to sit next to her on the sofa while she was being interviewed, meaning that he might have the opportunity to kiss her cheek when she was brought on to the set.

"I'm thinking, 'When in my life am I ever going get to kiss this woman? Now's my chance'. And so I tried to do it, and to my memory, she physically stopped me from doing it and basically rejected me on television."

After the video was replayed by Kimmel in slow motion, Rogen joked: "That was so much worse than I remember. It's way more embarrassing than I remember it being!"

Rogen can next be seen opposite Adam Sandler in Funny People, which is in US cinemas now and in the UK on August 28.
