The 44-year-old, who was banned from attending Farrah Fawcett's funeral by his dad, said that Ryan is responsible for the drug addiction that has ravaged his life, that of his sister Tatum and half-brother Redmond, Contactmusic reports.
He said: "I was 11 years old when he gave me cocaine and said we are going to see a long movie called Barry Lyndon. He said, 'It is a very long movie. Maybe this will help you'. I was 11. I could never, ever do that to my child.
"It destroyed me. It wasted many, many years of my life."
Griffin also placed the blame on his father for the 2008 drug arrest of Ryan and Redmond. He alleged that his parent was a bad influence on the 24-year-old, now serving out a term at a rehabilitation centre for a separate incident.
He added: "Redmond hung out with Ryan a lot, because Ryan allowed the drug use. He allowed drug use in the house. They party together. They were both arrested. My dad had more dope on him than Redmond did."
It was reported earlier that Griffin had forgiven the 68-year-old for not allowing him entrance to the memorial for the Charlie's Angels star.
