Atkinson 'is the next Claudia Schiffer'

Harper's Bazaar editor Edwina McCann has said that Australia's Next Top Model winner Tahnee Atkinson has what it takes to be as successful as supermodel Claudia Schiffer.

Since beating rival contestant Cassi Van Den Dungen to win the modelling reality show last month, the Perth teenager has been signed up exclusively to model for McCann's fashion magazine.

The publishing boss said: "She is slightly more voluptuous and she is classically beautiful, she's like an early Claudia Schiffer."

Atkinson was criticised for her shape in the TV show, but McCann insisted that the magazine's creative director Mark Vassalo has fallen "head over heels" for her curves.
