The 22-year-old club promoter was linked to three new women this week after previously admitting to a one-night stand with a glamour model.
He also recently faced allegations that he hosted a sex orgy at his new home following a night out in London.
Tweed has now claimed that alcohol and pushy admirers are responsible for his recent controversial behaviour.
Speaking to The Mirror, he admitted: "I shouldn't have gone back with women, it was wrong."
He continued: "I get drunk and girls always seem to be around me in clubs - I don't know why. I end up taking people back to mine for a party."
Announcing plans to open his own bar, Tweed added: "I'm really looking forward to it. The contracts are being signed. But don't worry, I won't be drinking on the job."
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant recently vowed to seek help for his alcohol problems.
Goody passed away in March following a battle with cancer.
