The actor was reportedly present at the Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles when Smith-Baldwin went into labour.
According to Radar Online, Finley Rae Martineau arrived at 9.35am EST and weighed in at 7lbs 10oz.
The couple have another daughter Avis Ann, who was born 18 months ago and is reported to be "excited to meet her new little sister".
