The mother of Law's unborn baby has requested monthly amounts of £6,000 in child maintenance and £1,200 in rent and bills, The Mirror reports.
A source said: "Jude has said he is happy and able to fulfil his parental responsibilities. But she is getting nervous and wants it in writing. She's had meetings with her legal team.
"Jude wants this resolved as quickly as possible."
It has also been claimed that Burke's family want the actor to be at the birth of the child, who is expected on October 6 - the opening night of his performance in Hamlet on Broadway in New York.
