Gerard Butler: "I want a dumb woman"

Gerard Butler has admitted that he struggles to decide what kind of woman he wants to date.

The Ugly Truth star, who was recently romantically linked with Jennifer Aniston, said that he finds it difficult to make his mind up when deciding on his perfect type of female.

Butler told Fox News: "I couldn't actually tell [what kind of woman I want] because it's different in each woman. Sometimes along the way in my life I don't want a smart woman right now, I want a dumb woman. But then you think, that doesn't work, now I want a smart woman."

The Scottish actor also joked about the speculation regarding his love life, saying: "Oh, Jennifer and I are getting married, then I'm marrying Cameron Diaz, then I'm marrying Joan Rivers and I'm going to be a busy guy."

The Ugly Truth is out in cinemas now.
