According to The Sun, officers arrived at the 22-year-old's new property in Woodford Green, Essex on Friday following an allegation of drug dealing at the house.
It is believed that the claim was discovered to be unfounded, but police went on to reprimand Tweed for disturbing neighbours with his all-night parties.
A source said: "Jack was between two girls in the hall when police arrived and the house was a den of sex. In every room people were doing it. It was like a brothel."
The insider added: "The police first came at 4am. They returned in the morning and basically told Jack he couldn't throw parties anymore. If he did, they would be there in a flash.
"Estate security have told Jack if the bashes continue they will report him to the landlords and tell them they should seek an eviction. Jack is worried but he's only got himself to blame."
Yesterday, Tweed was publicly slammed by three girls who allegedly attended a separate sex party at his home.
The club promoter recently vowed to seek help for an alcohol problem and blamed drinking for his recent controversial behaviour.
