Major: 'Jon Gosselin has feelings for me'

Kate Major has claimed that Jon Gosselin has "feelings" for her, but admitted that it might not be the right time to begin a romance.

The former tabloid reporter, who quit her job at Star magazine after falling for Gosselin, told E! News that she was unsure what the father-of-eight was looking for in a relationship.

"I definitely think Jon has feelings for me and cares about me a lot. This time I'm not sure what he wants to do... I think Jon just needs to spend time to himself," she explained.

"But that's just the way it has to be right now, so if we're better off as friends and that means that people kind of leave him alone and just let him be the dad that he wants to be, then I'm willing to do that for him."

Gosselin, who split from wife Kate in June, has also been linked to surgeon's daughter Hailey Glassman.
