The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star had been slated to appear on the programme tonight alongside alleged girlfriend Kate Major in his first TV appearance since announcing his split from Kate.
In a statement, E! News confirmed that the interview had been pulled but declined to give a reason for the decision. Major is still expected to appear on the show with Ryan Seacrest.
Earlier today, Kate admitted that she was "hurt" by rumours that Jon had begun dating since their split and added that she was still wearing her wedding ring for the sake of their eight young children.
Jon and Kate announced that they were separating in June following ten years of marriage.
