Dieter Wiesner, who worked for Jackson from 1996 to 2003, claimed that the late singer was often keen to consume pills during air journeys.
"On one flight, Michael sat in the back row with Paris, and I sat in the row in front with Prince," The Mirror quotes him as saying. "I made sure the doctor was in front and I would watch him for the whole flight to make sure he didn't walk back to Michael and slip him something."
Wiesner added that the same doctor once left Jackson in a zombie-like state following a 30-minute drugs session at a Los Angeles hotel.
He alleged: "I left the room for 30 minutes. I came back and he was drugged and would not act or react like before. He was out of control."
Jackson's former friend Uri Geller also recently discussed the star's alleged drug habit, claiming that the effects on Jackson's personal life were "devastating".
The pop legend passed away in Los Angeles on June 25. The results of his autopsy are expected to be kept secret until the end of the police investigation into his death.
