Lester claims 'have no legal standing'

Jackson family lawyer Londell McMillan has rejected claims from British actor Mark Lester that he could be the biological father of Michael Jackson's daughter Paris.

Lester was reported to have said that he donated sperm to Jackson prior to Paris's birth and noted similarities between the girl and his own daughter Heather.

A family source told People: "They twisted his words around. He's not claiming to be the father of Paris Jackson."

McMillan said: "These are just merely claims with no legal standing whatsoever."

He added that the reports gave no reason for the Los Angeles court to change its ruling that Jackson was the father of his three children.

Jackson family spokesman Brian Oxman has suggested that Lester may have believed that he was the father of Paris but said that he himself thinks that Michael was in fact her biological parent.
