The 'Poker Face' star was pictured with the cup a number of times on a recent trip to the UK and even kept it with her as she was interviewed on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross.
GaGa's teacup became yet more notorious after the singer reportedly threw a tantrum when she left it at a London hotel.
Reflecting on her antics, she told the Daily Star: "I wanted to say something on a real level about fame. I decided to take a purple teacup out of my collection and take it to London and make it famous.
"I put it in videos and had fans pose with it and put it on TV."
GaGa has previously admitted that she once rebuked her teacup because she was worried it could overshadow her success.
Speaking in April, she commented: "My teacup is so famous, I yelled at her today, I said, 'You're stealing my thunder, go to bed!"
