The former royal butler has allegedly started painting English scenery with the aim of selling his creations to Anglophiles in America.
A source told the Daily Express: "Paul loves painting old buildings and countryside scenes. He's now painting more than ever and hopes it's going to develop as a new career."
Burrell recently flew over to the UK from his home in Florida to help out at a flower shop owned by his family in Cheshire.
The insider added: "During his trip back, Paul found time to paint some of the local scenery. They could probably sell for quite a lot in America."
Recent reports have claimed that Burrell is finding it difficult to "leave England behind" after struggling to sell his Georgian home in Farndon.
