The Grinderman and Bad Seeds frontman released his first fiction book And The Ass Saw The Angel in 1989 and also penned the screenplay for the 2005 western The Proposition.

It was recently revealed that the novel could be released digitally as an application for the Apple iPhone.
The Death Of Bunny Munro is published in the UK in September.
