Tweed 'would fight Budden injunction'

Jack Tweed has reportedly said that he will battle any attempts to prevent him from spending time with his late wife Jade Goody's children.

It was claimed that Goody's mother Jackiey Budden hopes to gain a ruling with the children's father Jeff Brazier to stop Tweed from having access to the two boys.

Tweed reportedly told The Sun: "Of course I'll fight an injunction. I wouldn't let it happen."

Regarding Budden's comments, he added: "It's rubbish that I have to keep reading what she thinks about me in the papers."

A friend said: "Jackiey is the troublemaker in all of this. Jeff doesn't want the kids upset and although he has concerns for Jack, he appreciates he was a part of the boys' life for several years."
