The Scary Movie actress, who announced her engagement to Pratt in January, had previously hinted that the couple were planning to elope.
Speaking to People, a representative for the star said: "Anna Faris and Chris Pratt were married in a small ceremony in Bali on July 9."
It is the second wedding for Faris, who divorced ex-husband Ben Indra after four years of marriage in 2008.
