Kylie buys luxury villa in Spain?

Kylie Minogue has purchased a luxury villa in Spain with boyfriend Andres Velencos, according to reports.

The property is located in the north of the country near Tossa de Mar, where Velencos's hometown is situated, while the 41-year-old singer spent around £450,000 to secure the home, says the Daily Star.

A source close to the pair told the paper: "Andres always meant to take over the business but he has spent so much time on his modelling career, he feels guilty about not supporting his dad.

"He's taken some time off to help his sisters get the place running. Buying in Tossa de Mar shows how serious Kylie is about him."

The star was recently reported to have been arguing with Velencos over her supposedly controlling nature.
