Gosselin to host Las Vegas pool party

Jon Gosselin has announced that he will be hosting a celebrity pool party in Las Vegas later this month.

The father-of-eight has signed on to front the bash at the MGM Grand's Wet Republic alongside designer Christian Audigier on August 29.

According to People, the invitation promised that "America's favourite father" would be at the party for "a little R&R and will be hosting poolside".

It is understood that Gosselin will be in Las Vegas for two weeks to attend the MAGIC fashion show and is reportedly working with Audigier on a clothing line.

Previous hosts of a Wet Republic pool party include Lindsay Lohan, Kendra Wilkinson, Kim Kardashian, Lauren Conrad and Mario Lopez.
