The Dukes of Hazzard actress, who is currently in Tokyo filming for TV show The Price Of Beauty, was shook early on Tuesday morning by a 6.6 tremor, only to be struck again by a second quake the following day.
However, this time round Simpson wasn't so frightened and managed to later laugh the incident off, according to Angry Ape.
"We just had another earthquake," she wrote on Twitter. "[Hairstylist Ken Paves] fell to the ground. We couldn't stop laughing. He flew out of his boots. SO funny!!"
The second earthquake apparently measured 6.7 on the richter scale.
