Hudgens denies Efron engagement rumours

Vanessa Hudgens has dismissed the latest rumours that she is planning to marry boyfriend Zac Efron.

The High School Musical star had been quoted as telling the News of the World that the couple were engaged but had yet to set a date for the wedding.

However, a representative for the 20-year-old actress told E! News that the report is "untrue".

This is not the first time that the pair have been forced to deny rumours of marriage. Earlier this year, Efron laughed off reports that he had popped the question to Hudgens during a promotional trip to Japan.
