Peter Andre denies ex-lover rumours

Peter Andre has denied being in contact with his ex-girlfriend Laura Vazquez.

Last week, a report claimed that Andre was being "comforted" by the former Home and Away star in the aftermath of his split from Katie Price.

However, writing in his New magazine column, he commented: "There was a story that I'd been in contact with my ex Laura Vazquez, but that is not true. She is friends with my sister, but I haven't spoken to her in years. I don't even have her number!"

Andre dated Vazquez for two years in the '90s as his pop career was starting to take off. Recently, sources had alleged that the star's ex still "carries a torch" for him despite being married with children.

The singer recently admitted that he is "kicking himself" over his vow to stay celibate while he is legally married to Price.
