Jackson mum 'considering civil lawsuit'

Her lawyer Burt Levitch has said that the name of Michael's personal physician Conrad Murray had been raised in discussions about the mooted civil action, The AP reports.
Levitch said: "The possibility of a wrongful death action has been floated. In that regard, no decision has been finalised.
"Dr Murray's name has been floated because he is under investigation. It's fairly obvious from press accounts that AEG had a very active role in Michael's life for the last six months. They paid for his home and for Dr Conrad Murray."
AEG spokesman Michael Roth said: "It would be inappropriate to speculate on any potential litigation."
Katherine has previously said that she does not think her son died of natural causes, a view shared by her husband Joe and children La Toya and Jermaine.
