On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff signed off on a merchandising deal between AEG Live and warehouse Bravado. The agreement would net the 'You Are Not Alone' singer's estate an estimated $15 million (£9m), while Katherine reportedly withdrew previous objections that she had regarding the contract.
However, she has expressed new reservations over a possible memorabilia jaunt fronted by the concert promoter, TV Guide reports.
It is understood that the late star's parent is concerned about how the proceeds from the tour will benefit the King Of Pop's assets. Beckloff has apparently pushed back a decision on the matter to Friday.
The potential tour will coincide with the October release of This Is It, which features footage of the popstar rehearsing at the Staples Centre in preparation for his 50-date residency at London's O2 arena.
It was reported earlier that the 79-year-old is considering a wrongful death lawsuit, which may include her son's physician Dr Conrad Murray.
