The woman arrested for allegedly peeping into windows at Britney Spears's home has been sentenced to three years' probation and 240 hours of community service, reports The AP.

Miranda Tozier Robbins, 26, had pleaded not guilty after she was arrested at the singer's estate in Calabasas, California in April.

She was discovered wearing camouflage clothing and carrying camera equipment, although she later claimed that she had been working on a documentary about the paparazzi.

Tozier was sentenced at the LA Superior Court yesterday and also ordered to stay away from Spears and her home.
