Lytton reveals her route into Hollywood

Louisa Lytton has revealed that she was unaware that she was auditioning for teen franchise American Pie when she sent her audition tape off.

The former EastEnders star will be featuring in the next American Pie film as a British exchange student.

She told the Sunday Mirror: "I sent my audition tape over to the film company and I didn’t even know it was for American Pie, I just knew it was for a teen film in the US and they were looking for a British girl.

"Then my agent called me and said, 'You’re going in four days time'. Oh my God! So I went home, packed and I suddenly found myself in Vancouver for seven weeks, filming a Hollywood movie."

Lyton also dismissed rumours that she was linked with Jack Tweed.

She said: "The rumours about me and Jack Tweed were rubbish. We have mutual friends and were just photographed chatting at the Wireless festival a while ago."
