The 'You Belong With Me' star had jetted to the UK last week in preparation for her performances at this year's V Festival in Staffordshire and Chelmsford.
According to OK, the 19-year-old singer handed out free Domino's pizza, cookies and milk before stopping to chat and sign autographs for her fans.
Swift is scheduled to perform at the capital's Wembley Arena on November 23 and the Manchester MEN on November 24.
