Amy Winehouse sues Fielder-Civil's mum?

Amy Winehouse is suing her former mother-in-law Georgette Civil for selling off one of the love letters she wrote to her son Blake Fielder-Civil, it has been claimed.

According to The Sun, the note was penned when Blake was jailed for assault and perverting the course of justice and later sold by Georgette.

A source said: "Amy was furious the private letter was used to make money."

Winehouse is said to be suing for £50,000 compensation for copyright infringement.

Amy and Blake were granted a decree nisi in their divorce proceedings last month, but there has been speculation that Winehouse wants to get back together with her former partner.
