Grint's kiss with Watson stand-in "weird"

Rupert Grint has revealed that he found it strange when he had to kiss a stand-in for Emma Watson on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

The 21-year-old star of the wizard films recently had to kiss a masked stranger when Watson was unable to make filming on the next instalment of the movie series.

Bang Showbiz quotes him as saying: "There have been a couple of scenes where Emma has missed filming. But when you have to kiss a girl in a mask, it's totally weird."

Watson recently revealed that she "pounced" on her co-star when they started filming their romantic scenes, explaining: "It was awkward for both of us because we are like siblings. I pounced on him, I was so desperate to get it over with."

The next Harry Potter film is out late next year.
