Jacksons to appear in reality show

The brothers of the late Michael Jackson will appear in a reality TV show, US network A&E has confirmed.

According to the BBC, the programme will be expanded from a documentary Jackie, Tito, Marlon and Jermaine Jackson filmed before the star's death.

It is unknown whether Michael Jackson appeared on the original show, which followed his brothers' preparations for a reunion tour.

Footage from the documentary was broadcast on US programme Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday, showing Jackson's mother Katherine at home with Jermaine, Jackie and Tito.

A&E announced the original show in May, promising that it would allow "unprecedented access" to the Jacksons.

A spokesman for the network confirmed that the series is in production, but said that the footage had been "leaked" without its consent.
