Jackson nurse 'denies administering drug'

Michael Jackson's nurse has reportedly denied administering a cocktail of powerful anaesthetic propofol to the late popstar.

As previously reported, released court documents suggested that lethal levels of the drug were found in Jackson's body.

The star's personal physician Dr Conrad Murray allegedly told police that he had been treating Jackson for insomnia for six weeks prior to his death, supplying the singer with 50 milligrams of propofol every night using an intravenous line.

It is thought that Murray also informed officials that he believed Jackson's former nurse Cherilyn Lee had further administered the agent.

However, Lee has insisted that she gave the King Of Pop a "nutritional IV" that was largely composed of "vitamin C", TMZ reports. She apparently claimed that there were "no injection marks" on his body when she last saw him in April.
