Hudson 'pulls out of Sydney fashion event'

Kate Hudson has caused chaos after pulling out of a Sydney fashion show just days before the event, reports have claimed.

The Bride Wars actress was to be the international ambassador for ACP's 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty, a role previously filled by stars such as Eva Mendes and Elle Macpherson.

After frantically trying to fill Hudson's shoes at the last minute, organisers have apparently invited singer Natalie Bassingthwaighte to launch the event.

A spokesperson for ACP told The Daily Telegraph: "Kate Hudson was originally considered as the international ambassador for 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty. However the reasons for not bringing in an international celebrity this year was our change in direction."
