Fawcett son 'not starring on reality show'

Redmond O'Neal will not star in a reality television series, it has emerged.

The incarcerated son of late actress Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal was rumoured to be in talks to feature in his own show, which would chronicle his rehabilitation.

It was also claimed that the negotiations were brokered by his father, who would have been involved in the proposed project.

However, according to Extra, a source close to the family said that they are "not happy" with the reports and that the 24-year-old has not signed any such deal.

In July, Ryan revealed that Redmond had promised the Charlie's Angels star that he would mend his ways, prior to her death on June 25.
