Jonsson: 'My surgery wasn't to defy age'

Ulrika Jonsson has revealed that she did not get plastic surgery to look younger.

The presenter said that she underwent cosmetic surgery due to four pregnancies, a 34I bust size and a genetic back condition.

She told The Mirror: "My operation was nothing to do with ageing or looking more youthful.

"Having a breast reduction is something I would have done when I was 20 because I couldn’t bear my breasts - the size or shape of them.

"But because I knew I was going to have children there was very little point. I was too young anyway and, thankfully, the procedure has since developed greatly."

Jonsson added that she has never had a tummy tuck.

She said: "If I’d had a tummy tuck, I’d like my money back as I’ve still got a bit of a pouch and all the excess skin that’s been stretched."

Jonsson recently admitted that she feels happier having had surgery.
