Laura Vazquez denies Andre rumours

Peter Andre's ex-girlfriend Laura Vazquez has rubbished claims that she is back in contact with the singer.

Earlier this month, a report in the Daily Express alleged that Andre was "seeking comfort" from the former Home and Away star in the aftermath of his split from Katie Price.

Andre later dismissed the rumours in his New magazine column, insisting that he hasn't spoken to the married actress for years.

Writing on her MySpace blog, Vazquez has now commented: "I have recently read a lot of lies and nonsense about myself and Peter Andre - so I wish to set the record straight and put a stop to the ugly rumour(s).

"I do NOT speak to Peter Andre and I have not spoken to him in over 12 years. I was 17 years old when we knew each other briefly (I was NOT his first love) and like everyone else I have moved on with my life in a big way.

"TODAY I AM HAPPILY MARRIED TO MY SOULMATE and we have the most wonderful life and the most beautiful children together. This is why I find it HIGHLY OFENSIVE and INNAPROPRIATE (sic) that my family and I have to read these lies. From here onwards DO NOT BELIEVE any more of this nonsense. You have heard it straight from the horse's mouth."

Vazquez, 34, is best known for playing Summer Bay's Sarah Thompson from 1993 to 1995.
