Amy Winehouse has apparently sought the guidance of a faith healer in an ongoing attempt to battle her drug and drink addictions.

The 'Back To Black' singer has previously undergone several rehab programmes in a bid to overcome her substance problems. However, she is now turning to mystic Peter Cletus Hippolyte - whom she reportedly flew out to Britain from St Lucia, where she's spent the majority of this year.

Hippolyte said that he will not be assisting Winehouse in getting back with her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, as he is also battling addictions.

"She should take time," the faith healer told the News of the World. "If Blake cleans up then things will be alright if he can make her happy. But I told her I will not use the spirits to help her rush into anything just for the sake of it."

The star recently admitted that she would be keen to reunite with Fielder-Civil.
