Rapper Drake 'denies dating Rihanna'

Drake has reportedly denied that he is romantically involved with Rihanna - insisting that their time together is purely work-related.

The Canadian rapper has been spotted with the 'Disturbia' singer several times in New York following her split from Chris Brown, sparking rumours that the two are in a relationship.

However, Drake told the New York Post: "We're just really good friends. We have great conversations about music, and we're trying to figure out the perfect song we can collaborate on for my album.

"I've only worked with one other female before. I hope that Rihanna is on board, and I'm also looking to work with Sade."

Drake is currently recording material for his debut album Thank Me Later, which is due in February 2010.
