The former Neighbours star, who broke up with rugby league player Braith Anasta last week, was apparently seen on the dancefloor of King's Cross nightclub Kit and Kaboodle with Sullivan on Friday night.
One onlooker told The Daily Telegraph: "They were getting very heavy on the dance floor."
Sullivan's spokesperson confirmed that the pair had seen each other on Friday night while he was celebrating his 24th birthday with friends.
The Olympian split from fellow swimming star Stephanie Rice last year.
