The former American Idol judge recently confirmed that she will host VH1's Divas Live concert on September 17.
The 47-year-old has now revealed that she is in discussions to work on a song-and-dance stage show in the Nevada city, according to Access Hollywood.
She said: "That will be more… really announced later, when everything's worked [out]. It's going to happen, but the details have yet to be ironed out."
Meanwhile, the Las Vegas Review Journal reports that the 'Forever Your Girl' singer has been developing the project for a number of years. The publication claimed that she is in talks with either The Venetian, the Danny Gans Theatre at Wynn or the Las Vegas Hilton.
Abdul earlier stated that she would like to launch her own chatshow.
