The 'Angels' popstar, 35, said that he would like three children and admitted that he has put his "naughty boy" lifestyle behind him.
Speaking on In:Demand on Manchester's Key 103, he said: "It's been a slowly-slowly catchy monkey thing with me in the past. I've been a naughty boy. I was against it and I wasn't going to be in a relationship as far as I could see, then somebody special comes along and changes all that. Something beautiful has come my way and she's amazing."
He continued: "I'd like to do that fertilising thing that they do, so we could knock out three kids straight away. I think [my girlfriend] would be happy with that. If we could knock out three straight away that would be great, because they kind of go missing for nine months, don't they? We'll have a one-stop operation, just get them all out!"
Meanwhile, Williams also explained why he had taken a lengthy break from the music industry after his 2006 Rudebox LP.
"I've been being doing this since I was 16, so in dog years I'm well into my 40s," he said. "Most people don't get their big break until their 23, 24 and even later. Relatively, for my career, I am in my 40s and I just needed to take stock... I needed to find a missus and all that sort of stuff."
Williams releases his comeback album Reality Killed The Video Star on November 9. It will be preceded by lead single 'Bodies' on October 12. The ex-Take That star is also confirmed to appear on the current series of The X Factor during the live shows.
